An Experienced Builder Working for You
The bathroom is one of the most-used rooms in your home, and one of the hardest working. Daily steam, splashes, and humidity take a toll on surfaces, fixtures, and everything behind the walls. Whether your bathroom feels outdated, doesn’t fit your family anymore, or has problems like loose tile or soft spots in the floor, a well-planned remodel can change how your whole home feels.
At KRC Roofing & Siding, we handle bathroom remodels from start to finish. You’ll work with one dedicated project manager who coordinates every trade and every detail, so you’re never stuck chasing down different contractors. We focus on the finishes you’ll see every day and the waterproofing you won’t, so your new bathroom looks great and lasts.

Owner's Representation FAQs
What is an owner's representative?
An owner’s representative is an experienced construction professional hired by the property owner to manage and protect their interests during a construction project. They oversee budget, schedule, quality, and communication with the contractor and design team.
Why do I need an owner's rep if I already have a contractor?
Your contractor works to deliver the project under their contract, but they aren’t there to independently check their own work or pricing. An owner’s rep gives you an experienced second set of eyes that answers only to you.
How much does owner's representation cost?
It depends on the size of the project and the level of involvement you need. We can work on a flat-fee, hourly, or per-phase basis. Many owners find the service pays for itself by catching costly issues early.
Can you help with just one part of my project?
Yes. Some clients hire us only for bid review or for inspections at key stages. Others want full oversight from start to finish. We’ll tailor our role to your needs.
Will you also build my project?
No. When we serve as your owner’s representative, we stay independent and don’t build the project we oversee. If you’d rather have KRC build your project, see our Custom Home Building and New Construction services.
Do you provide legal advice on contracts?
No. We review scope, specifications, and pricing from a construction perspective. We always recommend having an attorney review contracts before you sign.
What kinds of projects do you oversee?
Custom homes, additions, major renovations, and roofing and siding projects. We also oversee light commercial and multi-unit work.
